Cross-border VPN, network acceleration
A subscription service for everyday cross-border access, with international routes selected by region.
- Quantum encryption
- Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
- Username + password
Cross-border access: routes and selection criteria
Start with the target service rather than comparing route names alone. VPNNB brings account, subscription and client access together in the user panel. Check your use case first, then verify the connection result.
Route selection: check region first, then usage hours
Reading international resources, collaborating remotely and watching video place different demands on a connection. Filter routes by the target service’s regional requirements, then test page loading, file transfers and reconnection during your usual hours. Peak-hour performance can be affected by the local network, access provider, congestion and the target service, so distance alone is not a reliable guide. If playback or browsing slows down, keep the current client settings and first compare another route in the same region; if results remain similar, check the local network. Change one condition at a time to identify the cause more easily.
Privacy and security: quantum encryption and account management
VPNNB describes its security using the term quantum encryption. When choosing a service, read the privacy policy to understand how information is handled; an encryption label does not mean every application receives identical protection. No email address is required to create an account with a username and password. Store your credentials securely and use a unique password for this service. Treat subscription details as account information and keep them out of public screenshots, shared documents and chat logs. When troubleshooting, submit only the necessary error message and mask subscription details and personal information first.
Multi-device use: unlimited simultaneous devices
VPNNB supports unlimited simultaneous devices, making it suitable for switching between computers, tablets and other supported devices. Device limits and plan data are separate rules: simultaneous connections do not remove the need to account for downloads, syncing and video playback. When setting up a new device, check the client status and selected route separately rather than assuming setup is complete because another device can connect. For household use, also protect account details; after using a shared device, check that account access and subscription information are no longer saved.
AI tools: verify connection, login and tasks separately
When using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, first check the platform’s supported regions, then choose a matching route. A page loading only confirms that the current entry point is reachable; login, file uploads and uninterrupted generation may still depend on account status or platform rules. Complete a real task on your usual device and check whether login persists and responses are complete before changing routes. Rapidly switching regions may trigger additional platform checks; if prompted, read the original notice first. VPNNB provides the network path, while eligibility and service rules remain subject to the target platform.
Streaming: judge by actual playback
A streaming page loading, a catalog being searchable and a title playing are separate checks. Before choosing a route, confirm the content’s region, then check that your streaming account, plan and device meet playback requirements. Picture quality can also be affected by the local connection, player settings and content version, so the route directory cannot replace an actual playback test. If a regional notice appears, record the platform, current route and complete error message, then follow the troubleshooting steps. For a deeper look at how account regions, exit locations and content catalogs relate, continue to the streaming access guide.
Refunds: confirm compatibility before committing to long-term use
VPNNB offers a 7-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, review the platforms you use, access regions and approximate data needs, and read the full terms. After activation, test the connection and your actual tasks on your usual network instead of checking only the client status. For a refund or order issue, submit a ticket from the user panel with the order details and requested action, subject to the terms page. Monthly plans and data packs consume data differently; the refund policy does not promise additional data, device capacity or access to any target platform.
Global coverage, searchable by region
110+ countries / 240+ routes. Popular route regions include the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
Coverage provides choice, not a promise of identical results in every region. Countries and regions in the directory are starting points; check the user panel for specific cities, route types and current availability. The dot-grid globe illustrates international coverage and does not represent a live route distribution.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming support check |

| Japan | Refer to the panel directory | Refer to the route description | Verify the target content after connecting |
| Singapore | Refer to the panel directory | Refer to the route description | Verify the target content after connecting |

Build a shortlist of routes by purpose
When visiting sites without a specific regional requirement, start with a familiar region and compare page response and file transfers. For apps that require a particular region, meet that requirement first, then compare routes in the same region. Keep options that complete your everyday tasks instead of choosing again from the full directory each time. Before switching regions, save any work in progress to avoid affecting an upload or active session.
Keep region, type and business results separate
A country name does not show whether a route uses dedicated resources, and a route type does not directly determine streaming availability. Read the relevant description before choosing and verify the target service after connecting; if the directory does not explicitly list a capability, do not assume it is included. If you need a dedicated IP, read the relevant information first and confirm the actual scope provided. For connection issues, start with the local network and assess the exit region alongside the target app; do not draw conclusions from a single number.
Route status reference
The figures below are displayed by page components for browsing reference only. They are not speed-test results for your current device or a service-level guarantee; verify actual performance on the network you use.
Get the client for your device
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client access is centralized in the user panel; log in there to obtain your subscription.
Confirm your device and operating system first, then open the download page for the corresponding entry point. Actual download eligibility depends on an active plan. Installing the client and obtaining a usable subscription are separate steps: after installation, follow the panel instructions to obtain and import the subscription, then choose a route, start the connection and check the target service. Platform support listed on the website does not mean every OS version, device architecture and app combination has been tested.
Log in to obtain the subscription; actual download eligibility depends on an active plan.
From account creation to the first connection
No email address is required to create an account; store your username and password securely. In the panel, check your plan status first, then obtain the compatible client and subscription. After importing it, confirm that the route directory appears before choosing a region for your use case. When the system shows a network-permission prompt, verify the client and prompt you are working with instead of repeatedly changing system settings without understanding their purpose.
Once the client shows a connection, open the websites or apps you use every day to verify access. If a page still will not load, check the local network first, then confirm that the subscription updated and the correct route is selected. Running multiple network tools at once can complicate diagnosis; keep the connection environment clear and preserve the original settings so they can be restored.
New devices and routine maintenance
When switching devices, return to the user panel to confirm the entry point for the relevant platform, and do not share screenshots containing personal subscription details. If an issue appears after a system update, first check whether client permissions or network settings changed, then follow the guide. Before modifying system-level network settings, record the original state to avoid stacking changes that make the cause difficult to identify.
When requesting support, provide the platform name, the stage at which the issue occurred, the route region and the error message to help narrow it down. Do not post a complete subscription URL or password publicly. Continue with the guides for detailed steps; for order and account matters, use the ticket entry point after logging in.
Choose a plan by data needs
Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data packs suit usage on demand. Compare your usage pattern first, then check whether the allowance is sufficient.
When estimating demand, include downloads, cloud syncing, video playback and multi-device use. The same amount of time online can consume very different amounts of data depending on whether you browse text or transfer large files, so do not estimate a plan directly from hours of use. The guidance below is based on data allowances, not calculated days of use or viewing hours. If you have usage records, actual consumption shown in the panel is a better guide than device count alone.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9 / month
Estimate your needs from research, text collaboration and similar uses. If you often download files or stream video, also check your actual consumption.
- Includes 60GB of data
- Resets monthly on the activation date
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 250GB
¥18 / month
For usage combining research, collaboration and media. Suitability still depends on the content transferred and your device habits.
- Includes 250GB of data
- Resets monthly on the activation date
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 500GB
¥28 / month
A suitable comparison point for frequent file transfers or multi-device use. A larger allowance does not mean different access to the target app.
- Includes 500GB of data
- Resets monthly on the activation date
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan resets and upgrades
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date rather than on a universal calendar-month schedule. When checking your remaining allowance, review the cycle status shown in the panel so you do not mistake the start of the month for every account’s reset date. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are prorated against the remaining days; check the order and plan details in the panel before proceeding, and do not interpret the difference as bonus data.
There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but keep an eye on total data use across multiple devices. Background syncing, large file transfers and autoplay can create ongoing usage, so adjust your routine based on actual records rather than checking the allowance only when you need to browse.
Data packs: use until depleted, never expire
Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Use them until depleted; they never expire. If your usage frequency varies, compare on-demand consumption with a monthly plan. “Never expires” describes the data-pack rule: it does not mean data remains after depletion or guarantee long-term access to any target platform.
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan, confirm the order and pay in the user panel. If the payment status does not match expectations, check the original order first, then use a ticket rather than submitting the same request repeatedly. VPNNB offers a 7-day refund policy; see the usage terms for applicability.
Purchase checks and connection guides
Check platform support, actual compatibility and connection stability separately. The articles below provide an evaluation sequence rather than replacing your decision with an unverified service ranking.
For a first-time setup, complete installation and connection checks for the relevant system first; before long-term use, review device rules and stability checks. When something goes wrong, recording the stage of the issue is more useful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” The methods in these articles help you understand the connection environment; the current client entry point, subscription status and available routes remain subject to the user panel.
