Privacy Policy

This policy applies to VPNNB cross-border network access subscriptions, marketing pages and the user panel. It explains how related data is handled, why it is used and what controls are available when you use the service.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. VPNNB processes your username, authentication credentials and necessary account status information to identify the account, maintain your session, deliver subscriptions and address security issues. Authentication credentials are used only to verify the account and are not used for marketing.

When you purchase or use a plan, the service stores records such as the order number, selected plan, payment status, subscription status, traffic usage and remaining allowance. This information is used to complete orders, synchronize plan benefits, handle refunds and disputes, and help you verify service status in the user panel.

The website may aggregate page views, referring pages, browser types and basic interaction events to check whether pages are working properly, improve help documentation and troubleshoot issues. Usage analytics are used for service operations and analysis, not to build individual browsing profiles.

No-Logs Position and Connection Records

VPNNB does not record which websites users visit, store transmitted content, search queries or in-app communications, or build a history of cross-border access tied to a user’s identity. Data processed to operate routes is used only to complete the current connection and calculate traffic usage.

The service does not normally create connection logs that could be used to trace an individual’s network activity over time. If you submit a support ticket, you may be asked to provide client status, error messages or diagnostic information you choose to share. This information is used only to investigate the relevant issue and is deleted or de-identified once that purpose is complete. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.

Cookies, Local Storage and Usage Analytics

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save session status, account tokens, language preferences and necessary interface settings. This keeps you signed in, restores your choices and prevents basic setup steps from being repeated. Clearing browser data may sign you out and require you to select these preferences again.

Basic usage analytics help us understand whether page loading, navigation and feature entry points work properly. If cookies or local storage are restricted, public content will generally remain readable, but account-dependent features such as sign-in, plan management, client downloads and subscription delivery may not work properly.

Payment Processing and Necessary Sharing

VPNNB supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, whose handling of payment credentials and transaction data is governed by its own rules. The service receives the transaction results needed to complete an order, such as order status, payment amount and the associated order number, to confirm whether the plan has taken effect.

Except where necessary to complete payments, provide subscriptions, handle disputes or comply with applicable requirements, VPNNB does not sell account information to external parties. When data is shared with service providers, only the information needed for the relevant function is provided, and the processing must remain consistent with the stated purpose.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and subscription data is retained while the account is active to maintain sign-in, plan status and service delivery. Order records are kept for as long as needed to process payments and refunds, reconcile finances and handle disputes; once the purpose is complete, they are deleted, aggregated or de-identified. Data stored locally in your browser can be cleared through the browser settings.

To delete your account or request action on related data, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. You may first need to verify ownership of the account. Once deletion is complete, the account access and associated subscriptions can no longer be used. Records that must be retained for pending orders, dispute handling or necessary compliance obligations will be processed after the relevant purpose ends.

Policy Updates and Effective Date

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Significant changes involving data use or user rights will be explained through an on-site notice or the user panel.

Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service. If you disagree with the updated practices, you may stop using the relevant features and submit a data deletion request through the user panel. If this policy conflicts with the explanation on a specific feature page, the more specific explanation for that feature takes precedence.
